Causes of dizziness
Dizziness is caused by a range of physical and psychological problems and the severity of the problem varies widely from patient to patient. As sudden movement tends to increase the sensation of imbalance it is best to remain in one position. Dehydration can cause dizziness and so drinking plenty of clear liquids is a good idea to help the body regain the moisture it has lost. It is important to note that alcohol and highly carbonated beverages will not serve the purpose of hydration.
Eating healthy meals at the right times and getting adequate rest on a regular basis are sometimes not given enough importance. These basics of a healthy human life if ignored can lead a person to feeling dizzy at odd times of the day. There is no over-emphasizing the importance of a nutritious diet and a good night’s rest.
